Mighzal Alarab is based in Kuwait and serves clients across the GCC and worldwide.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Apple PayVisa, MasterCard, and K-Net. Tabby payment with pay later option available for Kuwait, Saudi & UAE customers. Within Kuwait, Cash on Delivery is also available. Bank transfers may be arranged upon request through our WhatsApp assistance.

International Shipping

We offer express worldwide delivery via DHL Express, selected for its reliability, security, and discretion.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
  • Kuwait: Same day or next working day
  • GCC:
    • UAE, Qatar, Bahrain & Oman: 2–3 working days
    • Saudi Arabia: 3–6 working days (subject to customs procedures)
  • International: 4–7 working days
Once dispatched, tracking details are shared via email or SMS. The delivery periods set out here are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your order in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period because of reasons which are out of our control like custom delays due to public holidays in the country of receiver.

  • Remove before bathing or sleeping
  • Store pieces individually

Shipment Tracking

International orders include a DHL Express tracking number shared upon dispatch. Local Kuwait deliveries may vary depending on delivery method.

Returns & Exchanges

For full details, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy. Kindly note that a return fee of KD 2 applies to all Kuwait based returns. The fee covers the cost of collection, handling, and processing of returned items. This helps us manage returns efficiently while continuing to offer a smooth and reliable service.

Why do I need to pay an exchange or return delivery fee if my order had free delivery?

Free delivery applies to the initial order only when it meets our minimum order threshold. Exchanges and returns require a separate pickup and processing service, which is why a collection fee applies, regardless of whether the original order was delivered for free or with a delivery charge.

Long-Term Storage

Store each piece separately in air tight container and away from perfumes, cosmetics, and moisture.

Hypoallergenic Assurance

All Mighzal pieces are lead-free and carefully plated to ensure comfort and wearability.
