Where are you based?
We are based in the State of Kuwait.
Do you ship internationally?
We are delighted to have international followers and we currently ship to all GCC countries.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, and K-Net. We also accept cash on delivery for all local orders placed in Kuwait.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed Saturday through Thursday. We deliver all orders within 1-2 working days. Orders received on a non-working day will be delivered the next working day.
- Kuwait orders: Once dispatched, orders should arrive on the same day.
- GCC Orders: Once dispatched, your package will approximately arrive within 2-5 business days to Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. To KSA, it may take up to 8-10 business days. In all cases, you can follow the journey of your parcel through the tracking code provided to you via email.
May I pay via bank transfer?

How do I know you received my order?
You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order to confirm that we received your order. We recommend checking your junk/spam folders too. If for any reason, you haven’t received the confirmation email, reach our team at mighzalalarab@gmail.com.
I am purchasing this as a gift; can the receipt not show the price?
As long as you indicate that your order is gift during the checkout process, we will remove all price tags and will only include a gift receipt that carries the address.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
A little caring goes a long way. To avoid losing the shine of your pieces, please keep your jewelry away from perfumes and chemicals. Remove your jewelry before sleeping, showering and exercising.
I want to buy an item that is sold out, what do I do?
