We pride ourselves in selling high-quality products and hope that you will be pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer you a refund or store credit excluding charged shipping/delivery costs within 3 days of receipt by contacting us. The products must be returned in original condition.
Refunds are processed within 2 to 5 business days of your return being received.
For Domestic Orders: We will collect from your home or an alternative address for KD 2.
For International Orders: All shipping charges related to returns are at your expense. We do not cover return shipping costs and take no responsibility for loss of items being returned.
*Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping charges.
For Domestic Orders: If you would like to exchange an item please contact us so we can arrange this for you. We will gladly offer an exchange for your purchase within 7 days of receipt providing it meets our exchange policy. The exchange policy does not apply to goods that have been used, washed, damaged or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.
For International Orders: In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer International merchandise exchanges. You may return your item within 7 days of receipt for store credit and then use the store credit to purchase a replacement size, color, or alternative item/s.
All Items are inspected by us before being shipped or delivered to customers to ensure they are in excellent condition. In the unlikely event that the item is deemed faulty, please contact us at your earliest convenience but no later than 3 days of receiving your order.
