Returns Policy
Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition, with all original packaging intact
- Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable
Please note: Earrings and earcuffs are final sale due to hygiene reasons and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 2–5 working days.
For returns within Kuwait, we arrange a convenient pickup from your address for a KD 2 return handling and collection fee, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
This fee covers collection, handling, and processing of returned items. This fee applies to all Kuwait-based returns, regardless of whether the original order was delivered free of charge or with a delivery fee.
International Orders
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to cover international return shipping or accept responsibility for items lost in transit. A return fee of KD 2 applies to all international returns. This fee covers handling and processing of returned items. This fee applies to all international returns, regardless of whether the original order was delivered free of charge or with a delivery fee.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, we’re happy to help guide you through the process.
Domestic (Kuwait) Orders
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt
- Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration are not eligible for exchange

For all exchanges within Kuwait, a KD 2 collection fee applies. This fee covers the cost of collection, handling, and processing and is charged regardless of whether the original order was delivered for free or with a delivery charge.
The collection fee will be collected at pickup or deducted from the refund or store credit, as applicable.
International Orders
To ensure smooth and timely service, international exchanges are not offered.
Eligible international items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for store credit, which can be used toward a new purchase.
Faulty Items
All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch. In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll assist you promptly.
