Deliveries in Kuwait

 All Kuwait Orders are delivered either the same day or the next day. Orders placed on Thursdays are delivered either on the same day or on Saturday.

GCC Shipping & Delivery

All GCC Orders are shipped through our shipping Partner DHL Express within 1-2 working days.

As soon as the order is dispatched the Shipment Tracking number are updated and sent through Email/SMS.

Once dispatched, your package will approximately arrive within 2-5 business days to UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. To KSA, it may take up to 6-10 business days depending on customs and Area.

Rest of the world Shipping

All Orders are shipped through our shipping Partner ARAMEX within 1-2 working days.

As soon as the order is dispatched the Shipment Tracking number are updated and sent through Email/SMS.

UK, USA, Canada, European Union, Switzerland, the typical transit time will be 10-12 working days.

India and rest of the regions, the transit time will be 10-12 working days.

In all cases, you can follow the journey of your parcel through the tracking code provided to you via email/SMS.

The delivery periods set out here are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your order in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period because of reasons which are out of our control like custom delays due to public holidays in the country of receiver.
