Method 1 — Measure a Ring You Already Love

1. Choose a ring that fits the desired finger comfortably.
2. Place it flat on a ruler.
3. Measure the inside diameter (in millimeters).
4. Match your measurement with the chart below.

Method 2 — Measure Your Finger

1. Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger.
2. Mark where it overlaps.
3. Measure the length in millimeters.
4. Refer to the circumference column in the chart.
